• Imported Products if cancelled carries a 40% handling charge.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders cancelled after 30 days are subject to a handling charge of up to 30%, pending investigation.

• Refunds may take up to 21 business days to process once approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Smartstack Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or our services, except as required by law.

7. Admin and Handling Charges

• Admin and handling charges will be for charged for any and all work done on any orders received then cancelled by client due to any nature whatsoever.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ekurhuleni, Gauteng South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Use of Service

• All orders needs to be confirmed in writing, we accept no responsibility for incorrect sizing, quantity or description if orders are not confirmed with an official Purchase Order or in writing, orders will then be processed according to quotation provided.
